Main structure: It is mainly composed of frame part, eccentric shaft rotating part, crushing chamber working part, safety device, discharge port adjustment device and other parts.
1. Frame part: It is composed of side panels, front box components, rear box weldments, etc.
2. Rotating part of eccentric shaft: mainly composed of movable jaw, eccentric shaft, bearing, bearing housing, pulley and so on. It is the main part of power transmission.
3. The working part of the crushing cavity: it is mainly composed of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, side lining plate, guard plate, etc. It is the working part of crushing materials.
4. Safety device: It is composed of toggle plate, toggle seat, spring, spring pull rod, etc. It is a part that plays an insurance role in the crusher under abnormal conditions.
5. Discharge opening adjustment device: This device is used to adjust the size of the discharge opening and control the discharge granularity. It is mainly composed of adjusting and fixing inclined blocks, adjusting sliding inclined blocks, jacking screw bolts, sliding block locking rods, etc.
