Working Principle

The main structure of the rotary kiln is composed of kiln head, kiln tail, cylinder, supporting device, motor, driving device and so on. Among them, the support device is 3 sets of rollers, the kiln tail is equipped with an enlarged belt, and the inner lining of the cylinder is made of high-alumina bricks and magnesia-chrome bricks. The rotary kiln is a cylindrical object with a certain slope, the slope is 3-3.5%. The rotation of the kiln is used to promote the mixing of materials in the rotary kiln, so that the materials are mixed and contacted to react. The combustion of coal injection at the kiln head produces a large amount of heat, which is transferred to the material through the radiation of the flame, the convection of the hot gas, and the conduction of the kiln bricks. The material moves forward in the kiln depending on the inclination of the kiln shell and the rotation of the kiln.
